Who Runs BetPredictionSite?

BetPredictionSite is operated by Rankblitz Ltd., a company registered in Malta. “We”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean Rankblitz Ltd.

What Is BetPredictionSite?

BetPredictionSite publishes sports betting predictions, projections and guides, and reviews sportsbooks. We are not a sportsbook. We don’t accept bets, set odds, hold player funds or process any payments, and we have no control over the sportsbooks we link to.

Who Can Use the Site?

You must be of legal betting age where you live: 21 in most US states, and at least 18 everywhere else. If you’re under that age, you may not use this site.

Sports betting is legal in some US states and not others, and online betting is restricted or illegal in some countries. It’s your responsibility to check that betting, and the specific sportsbook you choose, is legal where you are before you sign up or bet. Publishing a prediction or linking to a sportsbook doesn’t mean betting is legal or available in your location.

What Are Our Predictions, and What Aren’t They?

  • Predictions are estimates. Our picks and projections come from a statistical model and our own analysis. They’re probabilities, not promises, and a pick can lose however strong the model’s edge looks.
  • No guarantees. We never guarantee a result, a win rate or a profit. Past results, including any record we publish, don’t guarantee future results.
  • Odds and lines move. The odds, lines and totals shown on our site may have changed by the time you place a bet. The price at your sportsbook is the one that counts.
  • Every bet is your decision. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You decide whether to bet, how much and where, and you’re responsible for the outcome. Only bet money you can afford to lose.

How Do We Make Money?

Many links and promo codes on this site are affiliate links or codes. If you use one and sign up with a sportsbook, we may earn a commission from that sportsbook. You don’t pay anything extra. Commission never changes a prediction or a projection.

What About Your Dealings With Sportsbooks?

Your account, deposits, bets, bonuses, bet settlement, limits, withdrawals and any disputes are between you and the sportsbook, under its own terms. We aren’t a party to that relationship and can’t settle or void bets, reverse decisions, release funds or guarantee payouts. If you have a dispute with a state-licensed sportsbook, your state’s gaming regulator is the place to take it. You can also tell us at info@betpredictionsite.com, and we use player reports when we update our sportsbook reviews.

Can You Use Our Content?

All text, predictions, projections, models, tables, images we created and data on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may quote short extracts with a clear link back to the original page. You may not copy, resell, republish or scrape our predictions, projections or other content, in whole or in large part, without our written permission. That includes reposting our picks on paid tip services or social channels.

Team, league and sportsbook names and logos belong to their owners and appear here only to identify them. We aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by any league or team.

What Can’t You Do on the Site?

Don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, run automated scraping or bots against it, or use it for anything unlawful. We can block access for anyone who does.

Limits of Our Liability

We provide this site as it is and as available. We work hard to keep it accurate, but we can’t promise that every prediction, projection, line or detail is correct or current at all times, or that the site will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for betting losses, including losses on bets based on our predictions, for anything a sportsbook does or fails to do, including limiting your account, voiding a bet, delaying a withdrawal or closing an account, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can’t be limited or excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some US states and other jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the limits above may not apply to you, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Which Law Applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you’re a consumer living in the EU, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts. Consumers elsewhere keep any rights their local law says can’t be taken away.

If you have a complaint about the site, please email us first. Most issues are sorted out faster that way than any other.

Other Terms

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up. If these terms are ever translated, the English version applies in case of any conflict.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. We’ll change the date at the top when we do, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
